Jacquard velvet with different effects can be produced by processing it in the form of color weaving on different machines. After adding the post-processing of brush cutting and shaking, different 3D jacquard effects can be created. It can be worn in various aspects during winter.

Based on the needle-type texturing machine technology within our companys group, various non-texturing POY(mainly N66 20D/40D) and DTY (T2T Poly) can be made into elastic yarns, which means that fabrics with different physical properties from the original yarns can be woven.

Based on 7D/10D/12D, the yarn is wrapped. Currently, the lightest gram weight is 51G/M2, which can be used as an ultra-lightweight outer sheath.

The base fabric is made of Poly/Nylon and bonded with TPU/PU, suitable for mountain climbing or general windproof wear when going out.
